My samsung fold 5 has not recieved any new updates since feb no 6.1 or 6.11 update its an unlocked phone

Sorry to hear of your issue. May I please ask, where did you buy your device and which country are you in?

If your device is out of region, you may not get updates unless you use SmartSwitch as @Fiona26 has pointed you to above.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

@johnmo send feedback via your Samsung Members App and include all the details of your phone's details please. 

Also sometimes inserting another different networks sim card can instigate a software update.

Got same issue galaxy s24 ultra stuck with 6.1 august security patch update of 500mb.. know friends who has s23 ultras and they got it before me that doesn't make any sense. Also tried swap sims, smart switch and everything literally runned out of options. Phone is from EE Uk

Im in uk and smart switch hasnt update software either with unlocked fold 5

Hi sent feed back and said it could be o2 thats taking its time putting out sofware update but i thought it was samsung that updated your phone thanks
