It's going to be 45 days tomorrow and there is no indication on the cash back being sent. I can see many people are having this issue and referred to call customer service who doesn't seem to know what's going on. So who can actually tell me when the payment will be made? You should be telling your customers that there is a delay, otherwise why would anyone buy direct from Samung again?
