Hi @TratosFiend, I can certainly assist you with getting to the bottom of these unknown beeps on your phone. If you have a phone case or cover with a credit/debit card stored within it, please could you check if you have NFC turned on, as this feature could cause your phone to beep if it detects a payment card near its sensor?
To check this, please open the Quick panel by swiping down using two fingers while on your phone's Home screen. Look through the large section to see if the NFC icon is white. If so, please tap this once to disable it, and then monitor your phone to see if it still beeps (alternatively, you can go to Settings > Connections > toggle the switch next to "NFC and contactless payments" to Off). If it doesn't, then this is what was causing the phantom beeping.

Thanks for that additional information. If you have NFC enabled, I'd still recommend disabling this because if your phone is searching for a payment card then it could still cause your phone to beep even if one is not nearby.
Please could you also go to Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Notification history, and check if there is a log of any notifications from around the times when you heard the beep?

With it only happening on a seemingly sporadic basis, it's difficult to fully nail down what is causing the beeping. It'd be worth going to Setting > Apps > tap the three dots in the top right > Permission manager > Microphone > Google > Don't allow, as Google Assistant has been known to cause beeping for other users.
If this doesn't do the trick, then it'd be worth sending an Error report from the Samsung Members app, so that our software engineers can receive data logs relating to the problem and find out what is causing this beeping. This data is anonymised and only held for the duration of the investigation of the report.
We have a handy guide that takes you through the process for sending this:
