Errige took no less than 45 mins to desifer between an S9 and an S9+.I had to ask her did she have a pad and pen so it would make it easier to remember. In total it took 70 mins to book a repair that didn't work. My customer experience has been nothing short of a disgrace. Unless I am afforded a satisfactory outcome I will never buy Samsung products or use Amazon again.
