When i check for updates manually it says (your software is up to date) even smart switch says its "up to date" Security patch 1. January 2019 there is few updates after this and i dont know why its stuck. I have tried everything(cache wipe, etc..)

Who supplied the phone to you @dacha9 

 

More often than not issues like these occur because the phone was originally released in another country and is now being used in another country.
