Hi can anyone help my phone has gone all faded and im not getting my notifications on my apps like when I get a message it normally says 1 on my message app but kids have been on my phone and I dont know how to do it
@allison1981: It sounds like your app icon badges have been disabled. To address this, please head to Settings > Apps > Messages > Notifications > Notification categories > General notifications > App icon badges > On > Back > New messages > App icon badges > On.
