S25 only recently has the battery widget not been updating on its own, the same goes for google tasks where when i compemte a task it shows the tick but doesnt remove the task, the weather widget which is a seperate app also has an issue it can be fixed by opening the app but to fix the battery i have to renive and add a new one it has no restrictions enabled for background usage.
I have tried deleting cache thr phone restarted last night as well, the widget should be light as i have scheduled dark mode enabled and it is before the switching time.
