[SOLVED] S25+ / Swipe Down For Notification Panel - Stuttering / Visual Bug

Hey guys! Just finished setting up my phone and migrated all my stuff from my old S22 to S25+ . But I noticed a problem when I enabled the setting to swipe down for notification panel (inside home screen settings) - swiping down from anywhere besides top, will cause a few frames of stuttering / duplicated info bar on top when I start swiping, and this looks super weird when using it daily. It is hard to explain with words, so I am adding a screen recording + screenshot of the frame that causes the unpleasant look.

(Adding youtube link because video is not visible fsr)

Here is an exact frame that looks weird when I just started swiping it down:

Things worth to consider:
-> In my fully updated old S22 - the feature works fine, there is no bug and swiping down is smooth.
-> I tried restarting the phone / updating all apps and changing various settings inside QuickStar / as well as turning it off, nothing worked.
-> The issue happens inconsistently, like around ~%50+ chance and never happens if I swap it from the top or via OneHandOperation+

Any idea how can I resolve this?

UPDATE I just confirmed this is somehow related to secure folder - after a fresh reboot, the issue disappears until I unlock the secure folder for the first time. Also I can reliably stop the error, if I encrypt secure folder again, and reliably reproduce it after decrypting the secure folder.

UPDATE - THE BUG DISAPPEARED AFTER ONE UI 8.0 UPDATE - NOT SURE IF SAMSUNG WAS AWARE OF IT ALREADY

Wiping cache partition didn't work.
But I have a new finding. After restarting my phone, I noticed the issue wasn't there until I entered my work folder (secure folder), after inputting the password for once, the issue started happening again.
