What feature / option is this?

I'm trying to find back where I enabled the option to swipe from the top right screen to resize an app. 

I was trying to have that feature on my wife's phone and I can't find it back.

EDIT - never mind.  It's in Settings / Advanced settings / Multi-window.

Sorry.  So you know, I did search swipe and spent some time before posting.

Oh wait you said you found it. Welp, one handed mode is cool too
