Hi @bosunboo and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
Is it this one
First turn the phone Off and On i.e a Soft Reboot, but if that does not help then follow this by trying a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
Try long hold on the app icon and then tap i and then storage and clear cache.
If that does not work then uninstall the app and delete from your MyLibrary in the PlayStore, and then re download the app for a fresh install.
Check out the comments on the PlayStore for the app to see if others are having issues. You maybe able to contact the developer from there too.
