Samsung Free Case / Charger

Does anyone know how long it is taking Samsung to verify the reviews for a free case / charger i filled in my review two weeks ago and haven't received a email offering me a free case and charger. Thanks

Did you order your phone from the Samsung online store? If so, check your order on the site. Mine updated with the gifts and are showing preparing dispatch, delivery by 28 February.

Lucasm111, can I ask, was that direct from Samsung. I haven't received one when I should have. Can any 1 help who I can get in touch with. I think samsung need to fulfill there initial offer.

When you completed your review, at the top of the screen it said that your review was successful?

It also started VERY clearly that you would NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Why don't people read what is in front of them? Samsung were very clear on this.

It also stated delivery would be within 30 days.

What do you mean by "I haven't received one when I should have"

Did you order direct from Samsung in the UK? Did you complete the review as instructed?

If you read my post you will see that I know all of this I wanted to know how long others are waiting. I know it's up to 30 days but say everyone else said they had there's after a week then I would know I mistyped something
