Hello
On my Samsung S25, I’m unable to disable or remove my KOLET eSIM. I always get an error “couldn’t connect with SIM. Try again later”. However, the eSIM works and I'm able to connect with 4G/5G on different mobile networks.
I have tried the following, but nothing helps:
The phone is up to date with all software updates. According to my provider Kolet, this is related to an known bug in Android that causes this problem on some Samsung devices.
Does anybody know a solution (other than a complete reset to factory settings)?

Did you ask Kolet support
And some suggestions

Thanks for the suggestions. The link describes problems related to locked phones in the US but that’s not the case here (in Belgium phones are always sold unlocked).
I have contacted Kolet support about a week ago. They let my try various things but unfortunately nothing worked. They say they know of similar cases related to some Samsung models.
They are investigating it further it with their provider to find the reason behind. I don’t expect too much of it, so that’s why I’m asking it here.
