Quite disappointed that Samsung hasn't put out a security software update since December for the s25 series and it's well into February.

They are seriously behind in regards to contingency with the flagship devices with software updates.

The only Samsung employees are the Moderators.

The phone is just out and on a new software.
There is a February update starting to roll out now and will eventually reach all regions.
Just keep checking every day and I'm sure it will drop soon for us all

But its quite common for newly released phones to get updates soon after release. Not just Samsung
Sometimes within a couple of days or weeks
Like I say it's rolling out now which is less than two weeks after official release date.

Yet completely skipped January security monthly update. Not to mention the poor one ui 7 rollout on other samsung flagships.

Phone official release was 7th February. So no point to the January
One UI 7 will be released when it's out of the Beta software stage.
Unless you get the S25 series you get to enjoy One UI 7 out of the box

So. 25 series already have the one ui 7 out of the box, yet the rest do not. How is this a "beta" once again, poor management from Samsung towards its customers. Just look on socials to see so many posts regarding this.

The S25 series has been developed with One UI 7 from the ground up.
Older phones need to be adapted to use the software which will throw up issues and bugs that need ironing out.
There's simply no conspiracy in any way.
Samsung has never given a date for release, despite all the speculation.
It's a big update and a complete change with certain features.
It needs to be right .
I don't think you or anyone else wants faulty software on you phone.
When it's ready it will be released.

It hasn't been *developed* from the ground up. As if you look into many social feeds, due to the lack of actual improvements hardware wise, the one ui 7 was a selling point for the consumers to upgrade from pervious models. Almost two months later and the older flagships models haven't received the one ui 7 update and as mentioned even January let alone February update in which it is near the end of February now. Clear Samsung need to work a lot harder in regards to this to improve time scales more so if they are promoting 7 years of software updates. Hence those who aren't happy to submit feedback via members app.
