Still on December security software update.

Quite disappointed that Samsung hasn't put out a security software update since December for the s25 series and it's well into February.

They are seriously behind in regards to contingency with the flagship devices with software updates.

It's ***** late considering we are sitting ducks with December patches in February.

Not good enough since they have completely skipped January update and two weeks not until March and no security update. Not really good enough from a consumer point of view.

More people need to leave complaints and feedback to Samsung so they actually make a effort. More so for expensive flagship and when they offer "7 years of software updates" yet can't even keep up for a simple monthly security update.

True... But if I'm sure of one thing, is that this Community is pretty useless in terms of impact with Samsung. They don't really bother to read or take into account issues there. They just let members and mods reply . They almost never acknowledge issues here, nor give usefull information.

I'm not sure what's the most effective chanel to complain about this. Samsung members app ?
