(Solution) Review of S25 for Starter Kit Submission Problems

So, for anyone struggling, I, too, was unsuccessful multiple times when trying to submit a review for my free starter kit.

I found the review page buggy, but by following my instructions, I guarantee you will be able to submit yours. Some people received the email earlier than expected, but expect it 14 days after the delivery date if you haven't.

- First, don't use any punctuation in your review title and summary except for fullstops.

- Second, keep your review and title short. I don't know what the character limit is, but I had to shorten mine and was able to submit, as you can see in the screenshot below.

- Finally, some of you may have issues with your name not being accepted; in that case, you have to come up with something unique by adding numbers or letters as needed.

Just a reminder: the Starter Kit terms are as follows:
"We will email you a link to complete a review form after the 14- day returns period has expired. You must review your phone using that link within 30 days of receiving your new handset, using the same email address you used to place your order. You will not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your review. Once your review has been validated, we will deliver your free gift within another 30 days"

You clearly didn't understand my point. There are many ways to give the starter kit rather than getting customers wait for more than a month..
If a person is buying a case while waiting for the free case to arrive then what's the benefit for the free case ?
It is not that hard to understand? Is it ?

I understood your point, but I'm saying they laid everything out for you. They set the expectations if you read the details when you purchased your phone. No matter what you say now, nothing will change the fact that you still have to wait for your free items. You could provide feedback to Samsung for next time if you want to do something about it maybe next year, but Samsung has been doing this for years, minus the review part.

Yeah, I don't intend to use the free case, but it's good to have it for later. I'm more interested in the charger.

If it helps, this is the subject of the email I received. "Tell us about your Galaxy S25 Ultra" will help narrow down the search.

My S25 arrived 01/02/25. Today, it is 16/02. If the email with the link doesn't arrive by Tuesday 18/02, then it's not going to at all and it was just a selling gimmick... 🤷

I mean I brought the phone because I wanted an S25 Ultra not because I wanted a free charger.
