should I turn on lens switching on s25ultra

I recently tried the macro shot and had an experience where the lens kept moving and lost focus. And it's a bit annoying since I'm not an expert in this, so I don't know what lens switching does, and I can't figure it out: should I turn it on or off? So I'm here to listen about this.

Having it on means usually the best pictures and lens is used. But on rare occasions it gets confused and gets it wrong.

Having it off means sometimes the zoom level you pick won't take a good pic due to the wrong lens being used. But it'll never keep swapping lenses.

I'd say keep it on, if you ever have a time where it gets things wrong, use pro mode, that lets you manually pick

Lens switching means the phone picks the best lens for the situation.

With it off, the phone will use pre-set lenses for each level of zoom you do.

Having the phone pick means it will adjust lens based on distance, light and other factors.

For your moving lens, sometimes the phone gets confused if you're super close. It uses the laser range sensor to help it pick a lens, since that sensor is maybe 5mm away from the camera, it can pickup the wrong things when up close. It's something software could fix in time

So what are the pros and cons for each on and off?
