You probably pressed something by accident during the initial setup. Either that or somehow you got sold a phone that was supposed to be a demo model used in stores. I doubt the second but hey, there's a chance.
Backup all your data with smart switch, then if you decide to try a reset, it won't take as long to get things back. Hopefully it doesn't backup the restrictions...
