security policies do not allow the use of wifi

Did you install a work profile or use your phone with a company app? Kinda sounds like a security profile is installed

Neither of them, i copied my data from another android and this is what happened

Strange, guessing a reboot doesn't sort it?

For things to check. Settings, security and privacy, more security, device admin apps. Make sure nothing is on that you don't recognise. Normally nothing should be on except maybe google find.

There are 2 "choices" on: enrollment service and configuration service, but i can't disable them

Did you get your phone from an official source? Or was it from something like ebay.

You might have bought a device previously owned by a company. If it's from an official source then I can only assume something happened or was pressed during the initial setup you did.

I bought it from "vodafone store" as new and it is an official source...

I don't want to factory reset the phone... i spent 5 hours connecting all the banks and devices

I kinda can't think of much else besides a reset. The phone thinks it's part of a company and I don't think it will let you easily disable that. Wait and see if someone else has any ideas

I probably found the problem. I did the factory reset and all went smoothly but after a little time the smartphone installed something like " samsung retail mode" that blocked the wifi. Someone know something about it?
