Gallery permissions are not visible to allow access

I have gone through every angle to get the Gallery permissions visible to enable my photos to be accessible through my PC, but my phone is not making the permissions visible to me. I've restarted my phone. I've gone through the Security and Privacy route and ensured all things there are complete. I have gone to the Gallery app and no permission options are visible to choose from. Please help!

Security and privacy then turn off auto blocker should help

Are you trying to connect via a usb cable? The gallery app isn't involved in sending photos to a pc

Thanks for the tip, but turning the auto-blocker off didn't make the permissions in the Gallery app visible.

Yes, I am. However, the PC tells me I do not have access to the phone via the cable. Is it an app issue or another issues maybe?

I will try this app on windows

It should be plug phone into pc, open notifications on phone, press usb notification, make sure it's set to file transfer
