Phone resetting by itself saying apps failing to load when I haven't even pressed on them and sometimes my screen goes grey and freezes. Anyone running into the same issue ?

Working fine. Did you clear phone cache partition and or hard reboot the phone? 

Does it happen in safe mode?

I just got the phone 4 days ago and past 2 days these issues kept occurring, beforehand on my s23u i never had this issue. Phone isn't in safe mode

I had similar issues with my s23U. Sometimes, the culprit for your phone acting up might be one of the apps downloaded. When I first got mine, I downloaded Galaxy Max Hertz using ADB to fix my refresh rate at 80hz. Doing so caused my phone to glitch, and I almost got stuck in a reboot loop. I would recommend isolating your apps and taking out apps not downloaded from the playstore (assuming you have any of those)
