So I've traded in my phone got an update saying its recieved no email on inspection checked my emails spam and junk and my phone is being locked in 72hrs. I've traded in a s23 and it has been delivered at the right address.

I haven't because of the time of day but tommorrow i will call them and I'll respond here!

You have to contact the trading in department because they been a few others on here with the same outcome that they didn't receive the phone as stated in the instructions therefore blocking you from using it.

Same problem want to trade in my S23 Ultra for newer model but I would be left without a mobile at all, no guarantees it would a fast delivery. Apart from the hassle of using promo code for items in my basket its unbelievable and nobody from customer service ever replies anyway! Shocking service Samsung
