I manually back up every Sunday manually.
Please list the steps you use to activate auto back up.
The requirements are " To work, auto backup requires the phone to be charged, connected to Wi-Fi, and the screen off for at least an hour. "
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

So if you look at the requirements I am meeting all of them.
- Phone on charge = Yes
- Connected to WiFi = Yes
- Screen off at least 1 hour = Yes

A lot of things are broken in Samsung. For example, Google-Samsung sync. Neither Google, nor Samsung, has ever responded to anyone in the last 15 years about the incredible nonsense regarding Samsung apps in the Google Play Store.
So this is Samsung Cloud in the Google Play Store
And then there's the nonsense about NFC, some ancient KMS agent from 2013, which is displayed in the Google Play Store, because its activity has been recorded for the last 30 days.
Not compatible Samsung Gallery, not compatible AOD...
And I read somewhere that main reason of delay Oneui7 is Secure Folder and KNOX. Of course, Secure Folder on my S24 ultra is with date 30 January 2018 in Google Play Store.
And I have to believe that Knox is protecting me? How yes no 👎

I am also having this issue. I am not sure why it is happening. I have had to manually back up my data because the auto backup is not working. Like you, all the prerequisites have been met but yet the phone still does not do the auto backup.

Wow, i just checked my ultra and the automatic backup hasn't worked either. I hope samsung has a fix coming for it 🤔
