S25 Ultra - Wifi Calling not working even though turned on.

I have a Samsung S25 Ultra which i purhcased in May -  For some reason about a week ago the wifi calling now just doesnt work. it had been working absolutely fine until this point. - its turned on & the prefernces are set to wifi. 

i am on an Esim now & Im not sure if this makes any differnece? 

Upto date on the software too.

Any ideas?

Have you contacted your network provider and got them to activate this if they support WiFi calling

@matt82197: Please try heading to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings > Reset settings. Now, restart your phone, then head to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi Calling > On > Calling preference > Wi-Fi preferred. 

Ensure that you are connected to a secure Wi-Fi network, then monitor the performance. Let me know if this helps.

Ive spoken to the provider mozillion. Its apprently a known issue. They cant do anything at the moment & have advisedd me to turn it off,? but they are aware of it and trying to fix the issue & will email me when its sorted😀

Thats good news that you have an answer for now.
Might be worth doing what @AndrewL has listed once they have sorted out what they need to do.
