Phone won't work unless connected to wifi

Wondering could anyone help? From the new update yesterday my phone sim doesn't work unless connect to wifi. When wifi is off I can't make or receive calls, data won't work. I basically get "Emergency calls only" on my phone. 

I've tried turning settings on and off

Reset network settings

Been in developer options

Factory reset

 Now i am at a loss on what to do as it's still not working unless connected to wifi

Hi there. Sorry to hear this. You can try to take your sim out of the slot and reinsert to see if it works. If it doesn't. You can also head over to settings > connections > select sim manager > then make sure your sim card is turned on. If it doesn't work. Then reach out to your mobile phone provider for additional help

Yeah I tried all that and when I put the sim into another phone it works fine just no longer working in my primary phone. I'm gutted 😢

Is your S25 on the One Ui 8 beta program by any chance?

I'm not sure what that is? Software information says Ui 7.0

No worries. Have you got flight mode turned on? If so then switch that off.

No, everything is off. Ive even tried turning flight mode on and off, do not disturb on and off and nothing.. no matter which sim I put in it from any provider won't work unless wifi is on. It's annoying the life out of me lol

Have you recently bought the S25? Which provider are you using

It's a new contract phone about 5 months ago and I'm pay and go with Smarty
