I just updated my s25 ultra for June 2025 Security Patch, then suddenly my pattern did not work after restart. Tried many times including the last pattern I set prior to the current one but NO SUCCESS.
I searched in the web and found similar issues with older models. I also tried their workarounds like soft reset (volume down + power button) but no luck. Even with dialing "emergency numbers" with *#.
I already contacted Samsung Support but the only solution is to bring it to authorized service center, which I don't have the luxury to do right away because it's far on my area.
I saw that there was a remote unlock feature but was already removed last year in SmartThings Find.
Any advice as I really don't want to factory reset and loss my important data. Thanks!

No other options. Hopefully backup exists

I was not able to backup my recent Gallery due to space in my cloud storage. So yeah, it's a great lesson not to trust so much even your device is the latest.
Hopefully the service center I've talked with could fix it without losing my data.
Also, I hope Samsung could see this growing number of concerns that cause lots of inconvenience to its users.
Actually it was my second "not so good" experience in Samsung software update for their flagship models. First one I had in my Note 8 few years ago. Now I have it again in s25 ultra.

Are you saying you were able to get the issue fixed without factory reset? Please let me know how it was done because I'm stuck in the same problem since 3 weeks now. Samsung centers that I have visited are only saying about factory reset but I do not want to do it.
