I ordered the titanium jet black S25 ultra 512g last Saturday. Dpd was at my door Sunday morning with it. I declined the delivery. Didn't even give myself a chance to play with it especially with the 14 day returns policy. Anyways, after placing my order, it just didn't feel right. I think the hype turned me. I purchased the S24+ last year. Absolutely loved it. Great size and weight. I've never been into the ultras because of how heavy they are. This was coming from my older S105g. Unfortunately I sent the S24+ back because of a few issues with exynos. I decided to go with my very first ultra. The S23 ultra. Blown away with how good it is. But extremely hate how unnecessarily heavy it is. Fatigued hands on a daily basis. Once I placed my order for the S25 ultra, it dawned on me that I was missing the trick not going with the S25+. I felt really strongly about it hence refusing Dpd next day. I find the plus variant the best of the models. It has more ppi than the ultra, better battery, it's so much lighter and thinner, same selfie camera, same point and shoot x3 zoom which takes the same pictures on all models, same epic screen with that new pro upscaling feature, it's just as big as the ultra give or take a mm or two. The ultra gives more zoom, has that special light reflecting screen (the same technology can be purchased as a screen protector for other phones) and it comes with a boring stylus. I'm not gonna call it an an spen without the super handy ™️ Bluetooth functions. I find the ultra unnecessarily heavy again. 218 grams is still heavy. 190 grams for the plus variant is just bliss. I much prefer the design of the plus. Considering the minimal differences between the two phones and the price difference, I'm much happier with the plus. Perfect size, shape and weight. So thin aswell. Traded in my S23 ultra for the navy 512g plus. The coral red looked nice but don't think I'd enjoy watching content on it with the red borders. Also free buds3. After discounts, I'm paying a bargain price of £387. So excited. I'm getting S105g vibes again. Now I know many are content with their Ultras and that's fine. It's a great phone. I do find the design a bit hideous for some reason. Just wondering how many really use the zoom function on the camera regularly. Is it really a necessity in someone's life? Bet a small percentage regularly use it. For the record, bet a small percentage use dex lol. I think a majority of people take pictures of subjects that are close. Family and friends etc. And selfies are very important to many. Subjects that are fairly close and selfies are all the same on all three S25 models, as are close-up point and shoot. To summarise it, I prefer everything about the plus overall. Super lightweight thin and powerful. Feels like the complete package, without any sacrifices. And no more fatigue in the hands will be a godsend. Better colour options too. Very underrated. I hope everyone is enjoying their new phones and freebies 👍🏻

Plus looks more sleek. Not a night and day difference in size. But a night and day difference in weight and thickness.

Plus models is a brilliant option who's need a bit more then the basic model but too much the Ultra because of the size or no needed the extra functionality with the Ultra model has. My partner has plus model and I can confirm is brilliant device. Personally I need Ultra. I love making pic's and yes many times using zoom. For me Ultra all the way. Navy blue stunning color

Fair point. I've seen comments where some prefer the weight being heavy, which is fair enough. Sometimes, I'm using my phone for ages holding it, and it gets very uncomfortable with it being heavy. Love a lightweight powerhouse.

Cheers for your input mate. Tbh, I'm disappointed with Sammy getting rid of the Bluetooth function on the spen. It's an ultra. It should be the best of the best. The option to use useful functions should be there. I didn't always use the Bluetooth spen, but just knowing it's there in case I needed it was nice. I'm a little mixed regarding the S25 ultra design. It's nice and it's not nice. Can't explain it, lol. Yes, that metallic navy is awesome 👌🏻

Really didn't see the point of getting the ultra. I prefer having useful functions not unnecessarily taken away. There's not much difference between that and the plus. Both big unit powerhouses, separated by zoom functions and a stylus. And a huge price difference. I find it astonishing how underrated the plus is. I read a couple of comments where ultra owners switched to the plus and never looked back. Thanks for your input mate 👍🏻

Tbh if it wasn't for the SPen and the 100x zoom I would be a Plus user too, it's cheaper and it's specs are very similar with the Ultra, it's like a compact Ultra.
