S25 ULTRA OVERHEATING ISSUE

Hi everyone, I recently purchased the S25 Ultra, and I've been facing a frustrating issue. The phone overheats randomly, even during light tasks like watching YouTube videos. As a result, I lose about 10-15% of my battery in just 10 minutes. The area near the camera gets hot, and the entire screen heats up as well. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It feels like every Samsung phone I get ends up having some kind of issue or poor battery life. I’m seriously considering boycotting Samsung again, like I did before, and switching to OnePlus long-term.

Sorry to hear your experience has not been good, have you decided what you will do instead?

Ive had the phone for nearly a month.I used smart switch at first but later did a factory reset without smart switch. The issue still persist. Talking about the cooling chamber. The battery should not be draining like 15% in 10 mins. Thats ridiculous. If it happens like twice a day. Thats like 30% battery drain in about 25 mins. Shocking. Keep in mind the phone gets super hot, I have never experience anything like this with any phone i have ever owned. I am Sending it back for a replacement. I could have bought an iPhone 16 pro max. but since i traded in my zfold 6 for a discount. A refund will be a loss.

Ah, to be clear, the vapor chamber point and the battery were different points altogether.

As mentioned, I was talking about the calibrating, as you didn't mention how long you've had the phone. No, after a month, this shouldn't happen at all. It's not ideal, but glad you're getting it replaced.

Sounds devastating, I'd definitely return the phone and not look back. Get any other brand and forget about Samsung altogether. Personally though, I've owned 14 Samsung phones and tablets over the years and never had anything remotely like this happen to any one of them.
