S25 Ultra not charging (Again)

OK I've seen other posts about S25 charging issues but i had to post another because my problem is kinda different.

My S25 ultra is not charging I'm not talking about fast nor ultra fast.

The USB C works only one way, The USB C should be reversible.

The phone starts than suddenly stops charging or it will not charge at all, then i rotate the cable and it works and this is on slow charging.

Ive tried with 3 different 45w chargers and original Samsung Charger. 10 different USB C cables some 5a some 3a same problem on all.

On the 4 try with a cheep  45w charger (Samsung knockoff) and some cheep cable the phone charges with slow charging what ever way u plug it in.

But Fast Charging, Ultra-fast Charging and Ultra-fast Charging 2.0 never works (Starts Stops sometimes shows 2.0 sometimes Only Ultra-fast reversing the cable it works sometimes but its Totally random) and yes fast charging is enabled.

Please Samsung can u answer if this is a software issue or i need to return it and get a new one.

Sadly, Samsung staff aren't really on here, just us other Samsung users. My advice is to contact Samsung directly, either by phone call or the website's live chat; that behavior isn't normal. If you've tried multiple combinations of cable and charger, it'll be something wrong with the phone; it has to be.

However you contact them, let them know exactly what is happening and what you've tried. They should replace it or look into it. If your phone is still very new, they can just return it and refund you.

Little tip for calling them, if you think the robot is telling you to do it yourself or look online, just wait it out, then a real person picks up.

Sadly, this forum is for customers (members), so we can't personally assist.

I suggest contacting Samsung directly.

In terms of this, I would also make sure there is no lint or debris in the ports preventing charging.

If you are outside the 14-day return period, it would be a repair, not a replacement.

You will need to contact Samsung Customer Support to get the phone booked in for a repair.
If you have a Samsung Experience Store near you. Some can do repair assessments and trouble check.
But you will need to book this in

The Members App might be a good way to contact Samsung. As other have mentioned, this is the community forum.

Open the app. Tap the Support tab and scroll down to "Send a feedback" and follow the steps. You could also request a service via the app.

Have you tried the battery diagnostic?

Device care -> Diagnostics -> Phone diagnostics

The thing is phone is great battery last like crazy. And i live in country where with no official samsung story only resellers and to prove something is wrong its hard. So thats why i ask if this is software issue
