I have glasses, my wife have glasses. And this dream phone doesn't work with our faces. Maybe some engineer from Samsung wanna join and reply something smart? I am realy good with technology and i have android phone from other company without any problems in face recognition, that's why this is so funny. You don't expect this kind of "jokes" from so expensive phone and so big company 😏

@Merfus: While I do appreciate that it is not ideal, the user manual mentions the following precautions when using Face recognition:

  • Glasses, hats, masks, makeup, bangs, and beards can affect the recognition process. Adding an alternative appearance can help the device recognize you in different situations.
  • Make sure you are in a well-lit area and the camera lens is clean.
  • For best results, make sure your image is not blurry.

As I hope you can appreciate, glasses can obscure the face and reflect light, so you may wish to try removing your glasses when setting up the feature to improve its accuracy. I do understand that this isn't ideal, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
