Am I the only one who seems to have problems with getting the eSim in my new device? I use two separate providers and no one is seems to work. Should I contact the samsung support, or is gonna come back to normal soon?

It depends on who your mobile provider is. I'm with Three and even though I order the replacement through the app I never get it sorted and I always have to go into the store and they do it then and there. Takes like 5 minutes tops. Go into the store and they'll sort it for you straight away. Others like EE switch it automatically without having to go into a store.

What you mean one seems to work? Are you trying to get work esim+esim or nanosim+esim?
EE esim you need to activate, you login in your ee account and activate. It is very simple to switch to ee esim.1738594026289.jpg

Hi @DanielLipo Ensure you have a strong internet connection when activating esim. However obviously that may be the case and you may need to reset the Network connections, General Management-Reset. May be best to reset all settings and Restart Device.  see if this makes any difference when trying again.  could be you may be need to contact your provider though.

I am with Three as well, I've been into a store and they scanned the qr code for me but they were saying the sim has been installed correctly and don't know what the problem is. Anyway, now everything is working as fine, thank you for your time
