I cannot adjust the 2 lower bass frequencies when phone is connected to Android Auto (same as using just phone speakers). I can adjust these settings when I use headphones. Obviously, my cars audio can handle bass better then Buds 3 pro. Any idea on a fix?

the sound settings are primarily controlled by your car's audio system, not your phone's equalizer; this means your car's settings might not offer the same level of granular control over the bass, especially at the very low frequencies, compared to when using headphones.

Check if your car's infotainment system has its own equalizer settings that you can access while using Android Auto.

Yeah, it's much like the phone speakers themselves. I noticed this when switching to my buds earphones, the options become available.

I do find it odd however, on my S21 Ultra I can adjust those frequencies.

I'm just running  flat on the phone eq and adjusting  tone via car. Obviously external devices like car audio can handle lower frequencies so it should be able to adjust them if one wanted to. I totally understand for a phone speaker to Grey this out but to have it enabled  for buds 3 pro and not android auto makes no sense.
