s25u in 2020 4runner phonebook downloads but voice commands don't work for person's name

I just upgraded to the s25 ultra and I synced everything in my trunk (not using android auto) to my infotainment center. Everything connects via bluetooth and my phone book is downloaded to the truck. I even refreshed it a few times.  If I manually go to the phonebook on the screen I can dial anyone but when I use voice commands it says my phonebook is empty which it is not.  I checked permissions and everything is same as my S22 ultra.

Now I plug in my S22 ultra everything works perfectly and I can voice dial out with no issues, phonebook is there and accessible.

I can also plug in my AAwireless devices and use voice commands to dial from the my phonebook via name with no problems there either.

I'm assuming something happened in the last security update because it worked for like 2-3 days then I got a latest security update over night and then had this issue so I am pretty positive it's the phone and not my truck.  Anyone else having this issue?

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within. 

It might also be beneficial to send feedback via your Samsung Members App to see if anything recently may have caused this change. 

It may also be worth having a look at any relevant car dealership forums to see if others have been affected.
