Hey since 31 of January I have s25 ultra.
So far I cannot complain about device until now.
Today I connected my Bluetooth ear buds, and sadly they keep disconnecting and reconnecting after around 15-20mins sometimes more often.
I have also noticed that my s25 ultra keeps removing my connected device in this case ear buds.
Once I try to use them again I have to pair them again almost every single time I want to use them.
I tried what I could from reseting Bluetooth to even hard reset of the phone.
Just to add on other devices my ear buds works absolutely fine so It's not the buds issues.
Anyone with similar issues?
Not sure if this is software or hardware related issue.

I have this problem with additional devices of my Samsung watch and hearing *****.  I started calling in for tech support within a week. I received suggestions ranging from it is your other devices to it isn't that hard to restart your phone every time you exit the car.  Now Samsung has replaced the motherboard and it still isn't working.  I'm sending the phone back for a replacement to see if it it is a general problem or specific to my phone. I've never had problems with my Ultra phones or Samsung tech support but this time has been awful

I have the same issue. Only started a few days ago for me. First with my Watch Pro 5 and now with my Galaxy Buds 3 pro. Pretty disappointed as this is my first experience with Samsung (Android) and the reason I left Apple at all.

I hate to say keep calling in to tech support (not customer service and tech support closes at 6 EST) so they can record the problem.  It has to be a software problem and until enough people complain, I don't think they will explore.  They "tested" my phone but admitted they didn't hook it up to Android Auto when I told them that was the problem so they couldn't recreate the problem.  I am sure I will be calling back again.  Good luck. The good news is I was assured they are sending out updates and a regular and often basis.

I still think the Android is better than I Phone.  I am just disappointed in the 25.  I have never had problems with the other models.

issue when I PS remote play on my Samsung s25 ultra I keep have blue to connection issue. My airpods Bluetooth connection will keep disconnect and connect through out the game play and eveytime it connects back it start playing music. This only happen when I’m on remote play. When watch video or listen to music there’s no problem. I try remote play on my iPhone there is not issue.

I am having the same issues others are having. S25 Ultra.

Connects fine initially to a bluetooth speaker on my desk, which was brand new.  Sometimes just the audio would drop when during a call, and the sound would move back to the handset, and sometimes would disconnect completely, by itself.

This happened in the car as well, and has happened with two different desk speakerphones (both brand new), so I know it's not the other unit's issue, but has to be with the phone.  Interestingly it hasn't happened (yet) with my earbunds.

I have tried all 4 AVRCP versions in developer settings, but same issue.

For a $1300 phone, this is ridiculous.

Mine started with s24 ultra. Hoping getting the s25 ultra would help but no.

While listening to anything via a Bluetooth connectionit works fine. If I get a call or make a call, once I hang up from the call or decline the call, the phone will start calling my voicemail over and over, and the sound of whatever was playing initially will turn down and start skipping. It is dreadful!!!!

I have done multiple factory resets, no change.  I have reset Bluetooth, network, and voicemail. I have cleared cache. I did not do any smart switch. I put all info in manually,  then signed into my accts . No one can fix it.

I had done that already. No changes for me. I'm getting a replacement phone form AT&T.

I have had a similar issue with my s25 ultra. It will make some awful sounds with my buds2 pro. Like an abrupt disconnection and then it reconnects quickly. It also stops playing music over Bluetooth at work every 45 minutes or so. Really annoying. My s23+ never did this. I sure hope they have a fix in the works.
