Hey since 31 of January I have s25 ultra.
So far I cannot complain about device until now.
Today I connected my Bluetooth ear buds, and sadly they keep disconnecting and reconnecting after around 15-20mins sometimes more often.
I have also noticed that my s25 ultra keeps removing my connected device in this case ear buds.
Once I try to use them again I have to pair them again almost every single time I want to use them.
I tried what I could from reseting Bluetooth to even hard reset of the phone.
Just to add on other devices my ear buds works absolutely fine so It's not the buds issues.
Anyone with similar issues?
Not sure if this is software or hardware related issue.

Hello 👋 @KylVie

Can other devices connect ok via Bluetooth to your phone  🤔

Can you try pairing up your earbuds to another phone, and then see what happens.

Which make and model of Bluetooth Earbuds are you using ? Samsung Buds³ maybe.

Also try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or even usb-c to usb-c via two phone's to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If you Hard Reset the phone i.e factory reset then it's advisable to then set up the phone manually i.e don't use the back up as the issue may then be carried back over.

There is a diagnostic tool 🔧 found in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

I am having this exact same issue on my vanilla Galaxy S25.

When I am on a call, my Bluetooth headset will disconnect 5-10 minutes into the call. It will then reconnect automatically after about 15-30 seconds. It will then keep disconnecting like this once every 2-7 minutes. It’s very annoying because I have to grab my phone to talk to the other person on it until the headset reconnects.

I know the problem is with the S25 and not the headset because it’s a pretty new Anker headset and I was using it for several months without any issues on my old Galaxy phone for about 3 months before I got the S25.

Other than this Bluetooth issue I am not having any other problems with the S25. However, if this issue will persist after the first firmware update then I will probably have to return the S25 since I mostly use a Bluetooth headset when I make calls.

Model: Galaxy S25 (6.2”) 256GB, initial firmware release (December 2024 security patch).

Hey, I had the same issue and might have found a fix.

My Galaxy S25 kept disconnecting Bluetooth whenever I played music or videos, even in Safe Mode and with different devices. I tried everything—clearing the Bluetooth cache, resetting network settings, re-pairing devices—but nothing worked.

Then I turned off Wi-Fi, and the issue stopped. It looks like Wi-Fi interference was causing Bluetooth to drop. You can try switching to 5GHz Wi-Fi instead of 2.4GHz or turning off Wi-Fi scanning in Location settings > Improve Accuracy to see if that helps.

Thanks for the feedback although in my case at least, it’s not WiFi interference.

I checked my router and the S25 is connected to the 5Ghz band. The only change in my environment has been the phone, everything else has stayed the same (same router, same Bluetooth headset, phone placed in the same location as my previous Galaxy, etc.).

I had a problem with an older Bluetooth adaptor which is connected to a set of 'dumb' powered speakers.  The Bluetooth adaptor was always broadcasting its signal even when the speakers were turned off.

My phone always choose that Bluetooth signal and I had to manually go into Settings / Connections / Bluetooth / locate the specific device, click on Settings for that device, and disable Audio.

Once I did that, the phone worked as it should.

I'm assuming I have this issue becasue this specific Bluetooth adapter is an older version.

When I first brought my phone home and set it up, I ran the Settings / Device care / Diagnostics and the phone's speakers wouldn't work.  This was becasue the older Bluetooth adapter was connected.  Once I figured that out, my issue was solved though I have to click more times now than I did on my S24 Ultra for the same outcome.

My Galaxy Bud3Pro no issue. My wife and I both can't stay connected to our phones using a HP Envy laptop. Connects and then comes back with can't connect. Seems to be a phone issue.

I have a Bluetooth problem with my speaker. Every time I connect, it automatically disconnects after a few minutes. I tried it with another phone and it works fine. But with the S25 Ultra it has problems. It seems to be a software problem and a bug.
