Yesterday my new 25 started to act on its own, blue rectangles are going all over the place and I basically cannot use the phone. I tried to reach out to the Samsung chat, they were not helping much. I was told to visit a support center, went there and I was told to pay them to replace my screen. I am a bit confused what to do, I just got this phone last week.

The online costumer center sent me a place:
https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/?product=N0061630&zip=84107
It is basically a battery replace center. When I gave them the phone they were like "This is the first s25 I have seen", they did not run any test, neither tried to figure out what the problem can be. They said they could either replace the screen for a fee or I should contact Samsung. I did not feel comfortable there, so I just left.

Thanks, but all the available service center options in Salt Lake City seem like random places rather than something I would actually trust. I doubt they would treat me differently.

Once the video will be approved you'll see, but basically that blue rectangle goes around the screen, sometimes opening apps or writing something or just blocking my inputs.

Ahh, probably I ended up here since I am European(account region). Thank you though!

Yeah I bought it in the US. I migrate my question to the US forum!
Thank you!
