S25+ purchased from Europe - Will it receive OTA updates using WIFI network?

I purchased a S25+ from Europe (Carrier UNLOCKED), and I plan on moving to the US soon. Will this device receive OTA updates even when on a WIFI network? 

I already have made the 5-minute calls using my European SIM card so I would guess that the Region Lock has been Unlocked. 

And my other question, is Samsung still Region Locking their phones? Because I do not even see a sticker on the box saying that this Device is Intended to use a European SIM card Only.

Hard to say; phones are generally region-locked, so they won't get the update- they all are.

Sometimes the SIM trick works/ using smart switch on a pc. But cant guarentee

I do not understand. 

Im sure people other than myself moves from one region to another region. 

Due to this, are you saying that people will have to purchase another Samsung phone from the country there moving to?

I think if you've put a European SIM card into when setting it up then it should be ok.
