S25 Calendar alerts not working

Had my S25 for 3 weeks and Samsung Calendar alerts for upcoming events are either not appearing at all or popping up at random times before or after the event.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling calendar, clearing cache and data, all usual fixes but no joy. All settings are identical to that on my old S22 which worked fine. Can anyone help please?

@JV0762 could you please go to calendar then 3 lines on top of left and then top right setup icon scroll down to alerts and check what setups you have at the default alarm time. Mine looks like on the picture I attached

As you can see compared to mine yours is 10min before the reminder. On mine setups all of the reminder is on time. Never random and never in different time.

Ok thanks I'll change it to what you have although mine is set up the same as my s22 which was always worked ok. 👍

Changed settings to what you suggest Ferenc and created a test alert but still didn't work. 🙁

Thanks but I haven't created any recurring events yet, the alert isn't working for single events and that's what I need.

Can anyone else help with this please? I rely on alerts so much and it's really inconvenient. I tried the online help but I gave up after half an hour as they kept asking me to do things that I'd already told them I'd done!
