S icon in top left corner?

Every so often I notice a S come at the top left corner of the screen (to the right side of the clock) and wondered what it means?, it goes away pretty quickly so never get to check what it is?!, anyone have an idea what it is?

Even when not being used, I haven't used it since getting the phone 😂

I believe it's smart switch backing up your phone

Oddly it did look like the Smart switch S, what does it back up and where?, I just disabled it and will see if it carries on.

Has anyone else seen it?
