Lovely People,

Need an advice regarding care plus. I had the s24 ultra and I upgraded to the s25 ultra. So I cancelled the old insurance on the s24. Is there anything else I need to do and when will I get the refund as I didn't make any claims during the old policy period.

If you haven't made any claims, and cancel after the initial window, you will typically receive a refund based on the remaining time left on your coverage. 

I would contact Samsung customer services for more details in regards on when you will receive the refund.
