Hi all,
I bought 2 Galaxy S25 ultra phones that were placed with Samsung on the 23rd Jan and were delivered to me on the 16th of Feb.
I have only received a 'Feedback' email but no link for a Free charger & Case.
Is this the norm or should I contact Customer Services.
