Hi. I have a pair of Sennheiser 450SE headphones. My 25 Ultra won't recognise them whatsoever. I have an older pair of headphones that are recognised no problem. Any recommendations.

Hello 👋 @Daz007

Unfortunately I do not own a pair of those.

My Samsung Buds³ Pro and Bose QuietComfort Ultra Over-Ear Wireless Headphones however work seamlessly.

Music via Spotify does not pause.

Try Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi @Daz007

Welcome to the Community forum.

If you had paired your headphones with another device, then you might need to put them in pairing mode for any other device to see them.

Try:

  • Turning off the headphones.
  • Press the power button for 4 seconds or so until the LED flashes red and blue.
  • Open the Bluetooth menu on the phone.
  • Search for devices.

The headphones should be in the list, tap it and follow the pairing procedure.

I was having the same issue. Fixed by physically connecting the headphones to the phone with a USB, putting the headphones into pairing mode and they appeared instantly as an available device. I have the 450SE headphones and an S25

Same devices.

Hard reseting the headphones worked for me.
