Random/unknown setting turned on

Random setting turned on and i dont know what it is and how to find and turn it off. I dont even know what its doing if its helpful or pointlessly enabled

@kb_246: This indicates that Data Saver mode is activated on your device (Settings > Connections > Data usage > Data saver > On). Data saver helps cut down your data usage by preventing apps from using data in the background. I hope this helps.
