Hi everyone, I just bought the Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I'm having an issue when using the camera inside a WhatsApp chat. When I try to take a picture within a conversation, I only see a black screen and can't take a photo.
I tried updating the app, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it. The problem seemed to be solved at first, but after a day, it came back.
The camera works fine with other apps like Instagram and Telegram, so I assume the issue is with WhatsApp.
I have never had this problem with galaxy S21 Ultra...
Can anyone help?

I believe an update is due from WhatsApp; I've seen so many reports about WhatsApp issues. I would suggest using WhatsApp Business (it's practically the same just with extra features); see if this helps?
If not, go to Apps - WhatsApp - force stop - clear cache. Restart device.
Clear phone cache partition:
1. Turn off the device. Connect it to the computer.
Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key.
2. When the Android logo appears, release both keys.
3. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
4. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition".
5. Press the Power key to select.
6. Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select.
Also go to samsung members app- diagnostics. See if anything picks up
