I feel it as normal update, no difference execpt version name change. Maybe its first beta. Its same as UI7 no big changes. Previouly one can feel some changes when upgrading to newer version.

I am playing with it. Till now its normal, yes small changes but for me its like upgrading from UI 7 to UI 7.1.

S25 and fold 7 are on one UI 8, what about others? Samsung will keep flagship phone ahead of others or new phone will have one step up UI version?

Both S25 series and (to be announced) Fold 7 and maybe Flip 7 to go with One UI. (Note that this is speculation)

Fold 7 if that's what it will be called has not been announced yet. So don't know what it will come out with.
Currently only the S25 series are eligible to participate in the One UI 8 Beta program.
Depends on how it goes when other models will be introduced.

No official date for any others yet. If the Beta will come out to others before the full release

Thing is, S25 has been released this year and is designed for more powerful software. A56 which is a midrange but powerful phone has been updated, also released this year. ZFold 7 hadn't been released yet, if there will be one at all, but it's only to be expected to be released on UI8. Newer devices usually are released with the latest software or are designed to cope with next years updates, older devices and also more budget phones face challenges to cope with more demanding upgrades because they are hardware limited. Samsung phones are well equipped memory wise, it's the hardware that gives powerful phone. Although midrange and budget phones also deliver satisfactory customer quality, as with every brand, for premium features you have to pay more.

Firstly it's not an update. It's a type of developmental software. Other updates for the Beta Software may bring other things yet.
But One UI 8 was never going to bring anything substantial.

I an happy with it. Till now samsung was one version down like google announced android 16 but same is pushing android 15. Its good.
