Hi there, I joined the beta programme and then after reading about it a bit decided I didn't want to install and withdrew from programme but the bets is still sitting at 0% in my update section paused is there any way I can get rid of it?

Think you will have to download it once you have started the process.
Then you can leave it
Sounds like you started the download process
To be honest, at the moment I find it quite stable.
It's not really dissimilar to One UI 7. Just has some adjustments

My only concern was I read you can't use Google wallet eith it as its a beta and I use it all the time?

As far as I know you'll have to install it and then withdraw from beta

Works for some. I don't use the wallet stuff on my phones.
But the problem is that you've started the process.
You can still leave the program after download.

Betas sometimes cause google wallet to not work- due to security.

Ive actually not seen any of this on ui8 beta- but as said- I believe you have to download before backing out again

Agreed with others, you have to install them withdraw.

It is best for people to read the instructions. Beta is not an update, it is development software.

At the moment (I'm in beta) Google Wallet is working but I'm expecting that to change so have my cards with me. That said, I didn't see a Google Wallet warning this year so maybe, just maybe.....

You can force wallet to work if it trips up due to beta install,we had this with last beta on the 24 ultra.
Google playstore/settings/about/cert...click it to recertify.

Thanks guys, I bit the dust last night and downloaded the beta after I got home from work, thus far, youch wood, ive not experienced any issues

Update.. I installed update two days ago and thus far ive not experienced any issues thankfully, bit I did backup all my data,beforehand just in case...
