Hi I was wondering of anyone has experienced issues with receiving the one ui 8 stable update. I was on the beta programme and withdrew from it. Ive waited until the stable version was released and that has passed and I still havent received it a week on. Has anyone had this and how did you fix it

Yes the same here. It is Manchester for me too but Samsung hasn't helped and has no idea how to fix it.

I'm having the same issue with my S25. Stuck on oneui8 beta and cannot downgrade or upgrade.

Is there any solution for this?

Hi everyone I've managed to resolve this today the only way is to downgrade on smart switch on a pc. When you open smart switch then connect phone, you do have to wait a while for phone to be recognised before the option to downgrade will be shown. Also remember you'll need to swipe down on phone once connected to pc to select the file transfer option.
I've had to do it twice today before the second time it fully downgraded, the first time it got interrupted and said it couldn't do it so stick with it and hopefully it will work I did and it has. Good luck.

Also once it's done downgrading it puts your os back to android 15 one ui7. Once you've setup the phone again the option to upgrade will be in the software update section and I checked Google play store once I'd backed everything up and the Google play protect certification was back and says device is certified. I hope this helps.

Here's a step-by-step guide:
  1. Back up your data: Use Samsung Smart Switch on your computer or a cloud service like Google Drive to back up all your important data, as the rollback process will erase your device.
  2. Download and install Samsung Smart Switch: If you don't already have it, download and install the Smart Switch application on your computer.
  3. Connect your phone to the computer: Connect your device to the computer using a USB cable.
  4. Launch Smart Switch and select emergency recovery: Open the Smart Switch application on your computer.
  5. Initiate the recovery process: Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select the option for "Emergency software recovery".
  6. Follow on-screen instructions: Your phone should appear in the list. Follow the on-screen instructions within Smart Switch to complete the emergency software recovery, which will flash the stable One UI 8.0 to your device.
  7. Restore your data: After the recovery process is complete and the phone has restarted, you can restore your backed-up data.
