Notification sounds for different apps

Hi guys, I have the S25 ultra and I can't find a way to set different notifications sounds for different apps like I could a few months back

 For example for the ring app. Am I missing something?

Have you gone into Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings and enabled manage notifications categories for each app

I did this but I can't set a different sound for sms messages. Is there any possibility to do that?

I went to check on mine and the only thing that I can choose is the bubble not the sounds.
