I ordered Samsung s25 ultra on 22 January but I haven't received free buds I contacted to Samsung but still I'm waiting for response very disappointed

Did you put in the promotional code when ordering the phone?
You needed to put in the code with your order to get the buds

Hello 👋 @Baax and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Ireland members. 

Did Samsung advise anything 🤔 

The buds were a promotional item that had a code to add at checkout. 

Later in the promotional period the Buds were only available with certain colours of phone.

If everything is right with your order then the buds should  arrive in approximately 45 days.

Have a look at the Terms and Conditions of the promotion for exact time frames.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

I had the same issue I used the code with another code to get another £100 off but after checkout the buds code disappeared meaning I didn't get my buds but Samsung are looking into the issue as it has happened to more people , also I was told that they started to auto enter the code in for people on the Samsung shop because of this issue , also I know a lot of people who got the s25 ultra 1tb and all 3 got the buds 3 pro with there order so hopefully I get them too

I got mine the same day I got the phone (1st Feb). Check your orders using the Samsung Shop App to get a more detailed view and ensure you entered the S25LIVE code on purchase.

Mine came with my phone. Did you enter the code S25LIVE in the vouchers section during checkout?

(suspect not).

If not then that is why you didn't receive them and I don't believe Samsung will send them retrospectively.

I never got the buds3 pro with my 1TB sadly... Just the regular buds3

I got the S25 Ultra 1 TB. Pre-ordered. The code S25LIVE was saying invalid for me. The other code worked APPS25.
I wrote to Samsung on X and their reply was saying that I mustn't of added the code S25LIVE when I did!
Whoever it was that I was chatting with wasn't much help and kind of ghosted me since. I sent a screen shot of the offer for free buds for me pre-ordering. He/she just said thanks for the screen shot then nothing more.

No I used the different promot code which give me 100£ discount there was no option to put the other code or something
