It seems there's a giant backlog, as most people who got an S25 got a free pair. Early orders received them with the phone. I'd just say keep waiting, as there's not much else you can do. If the Samsung store website still shows it as in progress or not delivered, then it will arrive when there's stock.

If the earbuds have totally disappeared from the Samsung orders page, then I'd contact Samsung.

I placed my preorder as the live event was still going, so I got mine in the box with my phone.

Same here. I received my phone together with the earbuds.
Nevertheless, @jayjay1616_, don't worry you will receive your buds.
Some people received theirs after phones had been delivered, so will you.

I hope so. Supposed to come 1st March....crazy. absolutely no comms either. Really bad customer experience

I understand how terrible you feel now.
Just give it a little more time and if it doesn't come through then try contacting Samsung customer service.

Already tried that. They are hopeless and just send and speak messages from a script.
