You had to put in code S25LIVE during your order, they got delivered with the phone 😬

If you have got your S25u from a phone provider they will send you a code within 45 days

It depends on where you placed your order.

If from Samsung.com then you needed to enter the code S25LIVE on the order screen.

From a network? Reach out to your network who will advise. (you would have been told this when placing your order either online or over the phone)

I preloaded mine on the 22nd of January of Samsung online didn't say anything s25live code when I ordered

Well I have just been in touch with Samsung and told them that I forgot to put the code S25AI in for the buds 3 I was told that the titamium black was excluded from having the Buds3 so I have asked to escalate the complaint about it as nowhere does it say you can have it with the titanium Black so this is going to be fun now.

So if you got any other colors your OK 👍

If you ordered directly from Samsung.com then information about the Buds3 promotion was on the page where you selected your memory, colour and trade in.

I suspect as you didn't enter the code, they won't send them I'm afraid but you could try asking.

I think you've been told incorrectly here.

It was a Samsung Unpacked promotion and as far as I remember, online exclusive colours were included in the promotion.

The problem you face is that you didn't follow the T&Cs as you didn't enter the code when reaching the checkout page. It was on the order page, I know, I and many thousands of others saw it. I have the buds 3 here.
